In light of the continually evolving nature of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and Government advice we feel it is important to keep you updated with what we are doing at Mobliciti to address this, and what changes have been made. Our aim is to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff whilst ensuring we continue to deliver our services and support as expected.
What changes have we made?
Mobliciti have made the decision for our staff to work remotely for the time being, working the same hours and providing the same level of service to customers as normal. To further ensure the safety of those that we work with, we have decided to switch any face to face appointments with our customers to online meetings using Zoom wherever possible.
What does this mean for you?
Other than the above changes around face to face contact and our work location, it’s very much business as usual.
As Mobile and Cloud working has been part of our DNA from inception, we are pleased to advise that all our systems, emails, and support will continue to operate as normal.
Although we do not expect it, in the event of our situation changing we will update this page.
