Mobliciti supports RRR raising money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity

Mobliciti recently sponsored four cars at ‘The Rico Rally’ and CEO, Shane Taylor, took part in the 2,000-mile drive through Europe to raise awareness of the RRR’s 460 miles in 48 hours cycle ride from Edinburgh to Walton-on-Thames.

The cycle ride aims to raise £6,000 in aid of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and takes place on 21st July 2017.

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity recently treated Ethan Wells, the son of one of RRR’s founder’s close friends, after he was diagnosed with leukemia. Ethan spent the most part of 4 months at The Royal Marsden, a place that he began to call home. Thanks to their hard work he is now full of strength and energy and back to his old self, living and loving life.

CEO, Shane Taylor, said:
“Whilst taking part in The Rico Rally was very enjoyable, there is a much more serious aspect as to why I took part, I wanted to take the opportunity to show Dean & the RRR team support from both myself and my team and help spread the message of his epic ride.”

Mobliciti are pleased to announce that Dean & the RRR team who took part in the 260-mile ride from Edinburgh to Walton-on-Thames have completed their race. Despite being faced with non-stop rain, 24 hours without sleep and multiple punctures they managed to exceed their target of £6,000 and raise a whopping £18,000. Many congratulations to those who took part and thanks to everyone who sponsored them.

It’s not too late to donate to this fantastic cause so please do if you can! To find out more about the challenge and to donate visit:
